Custom Header not working

I have been trying to add a custom header through the Theme Options page rather than the Appearance-Header, so that I can make it clickable back to the home page. I already have my header logo set in Appearance-Header. When trying to upload my image in the Custom Header and I click “Save all changes” nothing happens and the logo does not appear.

Logo and custom header is different. You header logo is appeared as i saw from the above url. In logo its non clickable. We have designed our theme this way. If you want it clickable then you need code customization for it. Its inside theme folder -> library -> structure -> header-extension.php

It must change because its working fine here in our theme. Have you customize any code or not ?

If still not able to change the header logo then please send temporary username and password. We will look through it.
