Yes there is a CSS code.

Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

.hgroup-wrap {
    background-color: #ffffff;
}

Note: Change above Hex color code #ffffff to your own Hex color code.
