"Add media" function is not working in Attitude Pro

Hi Themehorse. So GLAD to see you are up and running again!

I was hoping that installing the 1.7 update would solve this problem, But (after WP 4.0 update) the problem persists. I am unable to upload an image from my media library. The button “add media” on any one of my pages will not take me to the library. I am able to go to the media library and upload images, so its there—just somehow this link isn’t working? I did create a child theme and have my styling there.

P.S. Maybe this exists somewhere but it would be great if you could give all of us an explanation for what happened. I’ll check your blog (when I’m not overrun by freaked out clients 😉

Hi jacqueline,

There may be some plugin conflict. Could you deactivate it one by one and check whether this problem still persists or not. We don’t have this problem in our theme. its working fine here.
