how can we implement an ‘edit’ capability. for example a some one makes a new topic and/or post and submits. they then would like to make a change to that topic or post. i have seen editing capabilities before with some comments. can this be implemented with this theme?

Hi duane,
IF you edit code then first you need to make a child theme and then unhook the functions and after doing this only you can create a child theme and edit the code. We will not provide any help regarding to any code customization because we provide here to support only the theme issue. iF there is any theme then we will provide a support. IF you need other customization then you need to hire a developer to fix it.
