    This is my 2nd request.
    Is it possible to update from the free version to the premium version without losing all of the custom coding I’ve already put in from the free version? (I have purchased and downloaded the premium version but I’m afraid to install it and lose all the custom coding I’ve already set up.)

    hi eden,
    IF you have customize the code then yes your customization code will be lost. IF you are not customizing any code then you are safe to install theme and can migrate from free version to pro version so before modifying any code first create a child theme and unhook the functions and then only edit the code.

    I have a similar question and just wanted to clarify your answer.

    I have only changed the theme in the Theme options and the Theme Settings tabs in the WordPress Admin area.

    Can I copy the settings from Interface to Interface Pro or should I simply overwrite the interface folder with the pro version.

    Hi jane,
    Changing any settings doesn’t effect the free version to pro version. You are safe for it. Only data will be lost if you customize the code other wise changing settings from theme options or any from the dashboard doesn’t effect.
