Can anyone tell me how to move my ‘tags’ from the bottom of my pages and posts to the top just below the ‘author’ ‘publish date’ and ‘category tag’ any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

We don’t have this feature in our theme. Its need code customization. So you need to hire a developer to fix it. we recommended you to create a child theme before any code customization.
