Hi, I have a navigation menu where one of the menu options has 14 sub-menu items. Only 10 are selectable. Trying to select anything after this makes the menu disappear. I also tried using the two column css from another thread but the styling is not right.
How can I have more than 10 sub-menus without the menu disappearing? Thanks,

I just tried in my demo site with 15 submenu and all is working fine. I test after 10 + items also but no any issue found. I think there may be some plugin issue too. Once deactivate all the plugins that you have installed and check whether your menu is working fine or not. One thing did you customize any code or any CSS ? If you have change then once make a backup and test it whether it works or not.
View this Url its working fine here.

I have disabled all plugins and removed everything in the custom css box under theme options. I am using a child theme.
I am still having the same issue. Just to be clear, i am able to see all menu items just not select them as it disappears when trying to get to menu items where it is further down the list. It cut’s off where the slogan box starts under the main banner/corusel. Everything above this mark is selectable and works fine.

Once you activate your parent theme and check it whether it works or not. If it works fine there then there may be some issue while creating the child theme.Thank you!
November 5, 2014 at 7:12 am #18215djelalParticipantHi,
no. The main parent theme has exactly the same issue. I have tried it with no active plugins and no customization.
I also replaced it with a fresh copy of the theme – still the same.Regards,
