I tried to insert schema.org script and when i updated it my site including my admin pannel went missing, Im in the admin pannel now but using my cashe i think because when i refresh it goes blank.
I took the script out and updated but it went blank
Im fairly new to wordpress and this theme and need help please.

If you have not created a child theme and edited the code then yes you will loose the scripts and any other things that you have customised the code. So we always recommended not to change the code and if you changed then code then first create a child theme then only customise the code. http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
