Can't deactivate revslider

The first problem is I can’t update any of my plugins. The documentation says to first deactivate all of them. Revslider won’t deactivate.

Hi lindagrandjct,
If you are facing this problem then the only solution is that you must remove it from ftp WordPress(folder) -> plugins

From here delete the revolution slider.
