How to stop the Page title duplicating under the Nav bar

Hi

I am trying to make the header of my site more compact, but generally I am happy with the theme as it stands. However, when I am on the home page for example, the text is highlighted blue – great, but then under that in header text the word ‘Home’ is duplicated – how do I stop this happenening?

Hi jonny.privateproperty,
Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

.page .entry-title{display:none;}
