Hi Wgac,

To have a bullets in the text widget Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:
```
.widget_text ul, 
.widget_text ol {
    margin: 0 0 20px 30px;
}
.widget_text ul {
    list-style-type: disc;
}
.widget_text ol {
    list-style-type: decimal;
}
```
