TH: Our Team widget not saving content

    Hi there, guys!

    I’m having a bit of a problem with the TH: Our Team widget. It doesn’t seem to save any of the content I insert into it. I’m clicking the Save button before hitting Done and leaving the screen. But after Updating the page, the preview shows none of the content I’ve inserted and if I try reopening the screen for editing the widget, all fields are empty.

    The page is using “Out Team Page Template” as model. And Default Layout Set is selected.

    Any idea of what the issue may be?

    HI Let’sTalk,

    We don’t have this issue in our theme. Did you customize the code? If not, then once you deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in you dashboard. If still there is a problem then once you re install the fresh copy of ultimate pro theme.

    Hi again, sorry for the delay.

    The only customization I have made to the code was related to visual option of contact-form-7 fields.

    As to plugins, I have Black Studio TinyMCE Widget and Page Builder by SiteOrigin activated (but some of the layout options are depending on these plugins – and I lose them once I deactive the plugins).

    Do I really need to reinstall the theme? I have a wordpress multisite where 2 websites are using this theme and I’m afraid to lose content/layout formatting of the other website that’s already completed.

    Can you help me?

    Hi Let’sTalk,

    First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check whether your problem will be solved or not. If not then you need to re install the theme once again. We always recommended you to create a child theme before making any changes so that your customized code will not be lost. If you have not made any code customization then reinstalling the theme will not lose the content/ layout formatting.

    Ok, but don’t I need to have the Page Builder widget activated in order to insert the TH: Our Team widget? If I deactivate all plugins how can I create a page like the one you have on Our Team page (Ultimate-Pro demo)?

    Hi Let’sTalk,

    To create Our Team Page as in our demo, First of all create a page and select the template (Our Team Page Template). View this below screenshot.

    After doing it go to dashboard -> appearance-> widgets-> Our team Page section. Drag and drop our team widgets on this sidebar.
