Hi, I chaged my url permarlink to post name like: http://nameofweb/sample-post/. So, I can’t find my post’s ID and page’s ID.

Just edit any particular page or post. At the top of the url in admin section you will find somehow like this. http://your site url /ultimate/wp-admin/post.php?post=295&action=edit where your post id is 295
Or you may fine if you hover in particular page/ post on edit section then at the bottom you will see the Url so that you can see the post it.
