Where is the Downlaods Section?

I logged into my account and can’t see the downloads section anywhere in my account. I am needing to update a clients website and not having the newest theme files are really annoying. Please help!

Hi, same problem here. Is it possible due to my subscription end. But I am unable to download even the old theme.

Hi Pavel,

If your subscription ends then you don’t have a access to download the theme and also you cannot get the Pro forum access too.

I am also having this problem. Order #27306. Bought the theme and it tells me my subscription status is “on hold”?

Hi Broz,

Login to our site with the same username and password that you have purchased the theme before. After login you will redirected to your account page there you can see the available download section. If there is no download section then please contact our sales team via Email.
