Because some of my pages need to be excluded from the navigation menu, I created a menu and added it in the theme.
But this causes two menus to be displayed half on top of each other.

But the suggested solution not to use menus is not really a solution.

I couldn’t get it right a couple of days before, so I left it and made a lot of changes in my WordPress instance and now everything looks good again.
I can’t reproduce it anymore and it is displayed correctly now, but I don’t know how.
