My preview never shows up and the sidebar to the left constantly refreshes, so I am unable to make any changes to theme. I would be willing to upgrade if this is an issue that would be solved by doing so. I’ve tried updated all plugins and applications.
You question is confusing. Which section that is not displaying? Are you talking about the WP customize option?
Also do try deactivating all the plugins and let us know.
