Problem with responsive Design

Hello,
My webpage did not use the responsive settings of the Ultimate pro theme. Page: hermann-pees.de
For example: The font size of the promotional bar text is Set to “30” for a regular screen. But if I use a smartphone 5′ screen the font size is the same.
I use the last theme and wordpress Version.
Please have a look and a short solution.

Hi Hermann,

We have set the default settings for font size in smaller devices which can not be set by theme options.
For this you have to add the CSS code via custom CSS options.
