Theme Horse

ANY post’s permalink page, all the way at the bottom where there’s author, date of post, categories, and comment count, and underneath those the titles of the posts that come before and after the current one. I want to reduce the text size of ALL this text. Like here:

Those items are also on the blog’s navigation pages, next to the ‘Read more’ button (except for post titles earlier or later). I’d like to reduce the size of both sets of text. Don’t know if a single tweak will go it, or two… Thanks!
