How to change number of posts featured on Blog page and RSS feed

My Blog page lists excerpts from all my posts (now only 10) and it seems when the blog is fed to other websites (like Goodreads, etc) through RSS, excerpts and feature photos of ALL the posts come up, instead of just the most recent one. Is there a way to automatically feed just the current/newest post, so only that post is updated on other sites? And is there a way to change the number of posts featured on my own site’s the Blog page? What happens when the list gets very long?

Hi rachellerogers,

I am not so much aware of Goodreads so can’t tell you much about this. Probably you can ask to folks over Goodreads.

Also the number of posts that appear in you Blog is default to 10. If it’s more than that the pagination will start. You can change this from Settings->Reading->Blog pages show at most
