Header missing from one page

I installed a new knowledge base plugin and it automatically generated it’s own page. Everything looks great, but the page header with the page title is not being generated like on the rest of the site. There is nothing within the plugin that lets me provide a page title, and the page that is generated is not one of WordPress’s pages so I can’t change it that way.

I believe what i need is a custom CSS code to manually include for this page that will provide this information for the theme so that the header can be made.

Is this something you can provide me with? I’d appreciate it very much. Thank you!

Hi Damien,

Actually We did not get exactly what you mean? We cannot guarantee any third party that works well with our theme. Once your provide your site Url and if there is possible to provide any custom CSS then we are ready to help you. Otherwise you need to hire a developer to fix it.
