Hi Heidi,

To add sticky header menu for this theme go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save button:

.hgroup-wrap {
    background-color: #fff;
    position: fixed;
    top: 0;
    width: 100%;
    z-index: 100000;
}
