in Attitude I need to customize content-extensions.php including text (and html) before the articles, but I also need different texts for different categories.
Other themes give to possibility to add a file category-“number_of_the_category”.php: is there something similar I can use?

We don’t have any category.php. All category is controlled by archive functions from content-extensions.php. It needs code customization and you need to hire a developer.
