Hey guys,
How do I translate / change the text to some of the strings? (such as “Read More”).

Hi Kettercat,

For this you have to create the .mo and .po file via interface.pot file that you can find in the languages folder of the theme file. You can use the plugin Loco Translate for creating your own language file.
