Title is hidden in large screen as well. It seems that you have added inline css code to hide title. Please remove those inline CSS code and the title will be visible.

i removed the hide title from contact page, the title is visible in all browsers but the background color of the titlebar stays purple instead of blue in some mobile browsers
on desktop and laptop it shows correctly but on android browser the color is not correct
We have checked you site in iPhone, Android and you site displays with blue color which you have set.
Also I do inspect the style code and you have added #0084ff for the blue color which is displaying correctly in small devices. Please do check it from other devices and also do not forget to clear all the cache that your site uses.
