Existing PromoBox widgets (those with existing content) can be expanded and edited, however, when adding a new PromoBox to the Business Page Section, the new widget expands briefly and then collapses (seen here) with no apparent way to view the editable fields. I don’t have a large number of plugins, but just now updated them without effect on the widget behavior.
