In the SEO status of the site, it’s mentioned that meta description and alt tag are not defined. I wanted to know how can I add this in the child theme of Attitude?

@rnd For SEO it always best to use plugins. There are some best that are also for free. Try this http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/. SEO are usually plugin territory, so it is always an standard approach to add them via plugin rather and themes.
