We have checked the product downloadable list and there is NewsCard Pro V.1.1.6 already exist. We have report this problem to the developer and we will let you know what is the main problem.

@anna-pawlak, WordPress won’t allow to upload the same theme that is already exist into your themes list.
If you want to update to the new version without deleting the previous version of the theme just activate this plugin and follow the instruction below:
1. Go to Appearance > Themes.
2. Click on the ADD NEW button.
3. Click on the UPLOAD THEME button.
4. Click BROWSE and choose the zip file that you have downloaded from your account via our site.
5. Click the INSTALL NOW button.
