    Dear Theme Horse Team,

    Thank you for the great work on the NewsCard theme.

    May I get your help with an issue I have been facing? The images on my home screen (www.hematpangkalkaya.com) does not show up on iPhones. The images load fine on laptops and Android phones. I have tried de-activating my plugins one-by-one and still have not found the root cause to this issue.

    Hello Leanne,

    It’s a wired problem. We do found that it’s also not loading in safari as well, while visiting the direct link of the image browser asks for permission and downloads the corrupted file. May be the images have some issue.

    What we recommend you to do is:

    1. Try creating a fresh post with a new featured image and check it visiting your site.
    2. Check the file directory and image file permissions.
    3. Try activating the default WP theme and repeat first step one more time.

    Thank you for the response. I have tried all suggestions. Unfortunately, the problem still persists. It seems the problem persists for for featured images.

    On a different forum, someone used this CSS to solve the problem: (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/product-iamges-not-showing-on-iphones/)

    Do you think something like this could work? Most appreciate your assistance. Thank you very much!

    No the code you mentioned will not work for you.

    It seems the featured images on iPhone (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, safari) is working well. But on Some of your posts before May 5 are having problem on safari of desktop and working perfectly on Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. May be the featured images on 7 posts before May 5 has corrupt. Please try changing the different featured images on those 7 posts like the images you are using on recent posts. Your recent Posts after May 4 doesn’t have any issue on featured images for all browsers of mobile and desktop.

    Please let us know if the problem is still not solved.

    Thank you for the support.

    This is strange – we checked the website using 2 different iPhones (Safari and Mozilla Firefox) and all featured images on the homepage are not showing (images are supposed to show up on the card).
