Seems like you have used some plugins for the page content layout.
First you deactivate all the plugins one by one from your site then check and let us know.

Can you please try activating fresh copy of the theme into your site we find that there is some code customization into our theme into your site, you can try that offline too.
First did you customize the theme main code or not? we found that there is some customization in the code so we requested you to activate the fresh copy of the theme into your site and check.
Can you please provide us the temporary administrator role login credential to your site here? So that we can investigate the issue.
