Recently we dont have this features. we have designed this theme in this way. We will think this in our upcomming version. If you really want this then you need code customization but when you update the theme of our latest version then all you customization code will be lost.
I would like to disable the mobile version of my website, launching automatically the desktop version on any devices. What code do I have to delete for that ?
It is in style.css inside wp-content/themes/attitude/style.css

surely you should just need to remove the media tags in the CSS then web page will only process the one set of CSS and make the page like a normal website. Unless you have code which works out the screen size as well.
To have the options to switch between the two you could go for a plugin like Mobile Smart(never tried) just search the plugins wit the word mobile loads come up
