    Hello,

    I’ve been using the Ultimate pro theme for some years now and I would like to add an e-commerce catalogue plugin, however the catalogue is not displayed correctly beacuse the page is not full width.
    I’ve set the layout preferences on Wide Layout, No Sidebar, Full Width but the entire site still doesn’t show the same width of your demo like this page: https://www.themehorse.com/preview/ultimate-pro/full-width/ (the width in the demo is 980px but in my site it shows only picture or text of maxiumn size of 880px).
    I cannot find a setting that allows to extend the space. Have you any suggestion?

    Hi info178,

    Sorry, We apologies to you for the late response. Our support team have missed your topic.

    You can set the layout option in 2 ways, first globally (‘Appearance > Customize > ‘Layout Option’ > ‘Content Layout’) and second by setting for specific page. For setting specific pages, you can set if from respective post/page editor where you can find layout option of bottom of page editor.

    May be you have set some other layout option on Specific page so the global layout option might not be working. please check once and let us know.

    thank you for your reply. I’ve checked both ways and only three pages have specific layout (blog, testimonial, our team) all the other pages have the default template set No Sidebar, Full Width, however both normal page and blog page are narrower that your demo. See images:

    Hi,

    We think the issue is solved, right?
    We checked your live site, The full width of your site and our theme demo is accurate.

    Let us know if the issue still persist on yours. also please check the browser window zoom size level for each window. Some time the zoom level may be set unknowingly.
