Hi Roman,

Login to your WP dashboard and go to Appearance > Customize > Excerpt there you can change the excerpt length (Word) for the post. Make sure that for Grid Post Layout view maximum excerpt length is 126 character.
For individual excerpt length you can add the text in Excerpt option which you can find at the right side of the post editor page.
