For now simply activate “Force using PclZip” plugin and try to upload the theme.

I just purchased Ambition Pro and installed it into my WordPress test site. I already had the Free Version of Ambition running on that site. I activated Ambition Pro and then clicked on Customize. The page switches view but never loads the menu of Customize topics (I waited 10 minutes) . The title on the Browser tab says “Customize Loading”. When I switch back to any of the other themes that are on that site, I get the same problem. Somehow installing Ambition Pro broke the customization. How can I fix this?
First of all, sorry for my English, it’s not my mother tongue so I’ll try to do my best.
I have a small problem with the WP-ROCKET and NewsCard pro plugin. On WP ROCKET, there’s a great option that lets you put an image of the video instead of the YouTube video (Replace YouTube Iframe with Preview Image feature). It makes the site lighter.
However, there is incompatibility between the 2 plugins when activated. It leaves a “big blank” above the video. I don’t want to “advertise” my site for free so I’m posting an image instead to show the problem, I hope you don’t mind.
The problem is known to WP-Rocket, who have posted solutions at the following address:
It’s simple as other theme just download the theme from your account page and upload to the theme directory (Appearance > Themes) then activate it.
If you still have the same problem do let us know.
And this site is already upgraded. Thus, I transferred this same theme to the above site, activated it, and it seemed the right sidebar is loading properly already.
I downloaded and activated “one click demo import”. Followed the instructions. But everytime i try to import Newscard pro – sport, i get import failed.
I purchased the NewsCard Pro and uploaded the theme through FTP. I entered the sate where I had the free version with sports content, then activated the Pro version.
Mow, when I attempt to navigate the dashboard, such as to customize the appearance, I receive a WordPress critical error and the dashboard is no longer available.
Can you please provide us the site Url? So that we can see the exact issue.
Also WordPress released a new version with a new editor as a widget setting.
You can disable those features and get the standard edit setting by activating this Classic Widgets plugin. Just activate it and you will see the same settings for widgets as previous.
Did you drop the widgets on Front Page Content Sections?
To see the Front Page Content Section in Appearance > Customize > Widgets you have to be in the page where you have set the Front Page Template.
