Did you downloaded pro version form your account? If yes then goto dashbaord-> appearance-> themes-> add new-> upload theme and install the zip file that you have downloaded from theme horse account page.
Click on install Now and activate it. After doing it then you are at pro version.

The site link you have provided is not an interface theme. Just activate the interface theme and let us know.
Also one thing, You have changed the image size in functions.php file to match the size of all the other images in your blog post. Once you install the regenerate thumbnails plugins and regenerate all the image size.

You have to update it manually for that login to our site with the same username that you have purchased the theme and you will be redirected to your account page where you can find the available download section.
After downloading .zip file first activate the different theme and delete old version of Attitude Pro from your WordPress Theme directory. (Note: Make sure that you have not customize the code. If you have customized the code then your customize code will be lost. So, Please back-up you old version before deleting it)
After deleting the old version now upload a new version of Attitude Pro theme and activate it.

New to WordPress— I bought Ambition Pro and have activated the revolution slider but can’t determine where to load content. i know it’s staring me in the face but after a couple hours I guess I should ask for help.
note: when installing the Revolution Slider update if you had installed the Patch for Revolution… you will get this: “Revolution Slider hack attempt detected and logged.”
Need to network deactivate patch.
Also the install is done not by going to the update or uploading in the plugin section of WP but by going into RS and at the bottom clicking on the manual install.
Notice also that it changes the name to “slider revolution” in the plugins area but is still the same product?

Sometimes while installing WordPress site in your server you may get this issue. Its the WordPress related issue not the theme issue. So We would like to recommended you to install the fresh copy of WordPress, delete the current database and install the fresh wordpress. Just do this once.
and also
– deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
– resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
If still no luck then add this code in wp-config.php file

If you have any issue and if you are not able to set as in our demo then you may visit our instruction page how to set up our theme.
Regarding to editor you don’t need to purchase it.You can activate other twenty fifteen theme and recheck whether the same issue occurs or not. Its not the theme relating issue an we are only here to reply theme related issue. You may install the fresh copy of WordPress again because due to some unload of javascript there your page will display white which is not user friendly.

Did you made any code customization? If not then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and try to upload logo. IF still there is an issue then Email Us your temporary username and password.
You mean to add gallery? Could you make it more clear. If you like to set gallery as in our demo then you may follow this instruction https://www.themehorse.com/theme-instruction/interface-pro/#gallery to set the gallery. If you want other than this then it needs code customization and need to hire a developer.
A)how do I take the writing (title of post) off the front of the slider?
==> You may add custom css to remove the post title. Go to Appearance -> Customize -> Design Options -> Custom CSS paste the below CSS code and Click on Save & Publish button at the top of the options panel.

Dear Support-Team,
I have placed different widges on the homepage as service widget and promo box.
I have activated “No sidebar full width” at the page customization in order to see background in full width.
Now I want to add some text in an additional widget.
I tried different widges, but I always have the same Problem: Test will be displayed directly on the left border of the page.
I guess the reason is the activation of full width.
I want to have the Text begin and end in the same width/format (bur one large column) as the width of service widget. The aim is that the new text and service-widget-text will be displayed properly among one another.
How can I do this? Maybe there is another widget?

Hi, I have tried to inactivate all plugins and upgraded to the latest version of Ultimate but the problem is still there.
However, I found a way to work around it so most of the work is now finished.

We are not facing this issue in our theme. Could you deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check it whether this problem persist or not. And also did you made any code customization in theme?

Hello, I have an annoying problem.
When I will customize a part in the theme (right now I will change the logo in the header) the log in dialog box appears, saying “The session has closed, please log in again, you will not be transferred from this page”. But – when I try to log in (yes, I use the right credentials…) I get the message “You have been logged in” but when the content will load, the spinner shows and the log in dialog box appears again, and I have to log in again, and again and again.
I can edit the pages and media library as usual, the problem appears only when I go from the panel and to the theme customizer.
I have tried to clear the cache, cookies, tried different browsers and deactivated the widgets/plugins. Have upgraded to the latest version of Ultimate Free.
I also run another WP-site with another theme and that works fine!
Please, can you help me?
