Could you provide your site Url too. So that it will be more easy to find the exact issue. Once login to your dashboard-> settings-> permalinks and click on save changes. Hope this may help you. Also first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard too.

It seems that you have customized the code. If not then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard. There may be some javascript conflict. Then check it once whether the same problem pursuits or not.

Hi,

everything works fine on desktop. But on smartphones there is no responsive menu. The three bars of the special mobile menu are not visible. Furthermore the text boxes inside the slider are not disappearing. They mask the whole header on small screens. Also the main page title is not minimizing on small screens and it is covered from the slider boxes.

What might be the problem? Do I have to activate the responsiveness first?

First of all create a child theme. Create style.css file and add the below code in your style.css file.

1. Please deactivate all the plugins one by one and check. Also it would be better if you share you site URL where you have set the 4 Image Slider. So that we can find the exact issue into the slider.

Hi Rob,

After downloading the .zip file you have to manually update your theme below are the instruction to update the theme:
First deactivate the old version of Attitude Pro theme and activate any theme and delete Attitude Pro theme from your WordPress Theme directory. (Note: make sure that you have not customize the code. If you have customized the code then your customize code will be lost. So, Please back-up you old version before deleting it)
After deleting the old version now upload a new version of Attitude Pro theme and activate it.

If you are still get problem to update the theme please let us know.

No. I didn’t do any code customization (neither in the free version nor the pro version), only selecting theme options via Appearance –> Theme Options.

Just to make sure, I completely uninstalled Clean Retina free version, removing all files, and reinstalled it again. I then activated it and looked at http://www.marysistersaustralia.com/events/, and it was all correct.

I can also switch to completely other themes (e.g. Twenty Fifteen) and the event page works correctly.

Do you have any experience testing Clean Retina Pro with The Events Calendar? Should it be compatible? If not, which other solution can you recommend for integration of events management in Clean Retina Pro?

Thanks for the prompt reply and do able to help. I have a few more question regarding the front page.

1. do i need to BUY, install and activate “Revolution Slider Plugin”?

2. do i hav to install that plugin to have more control of the slider (disable dot below the slider/change to number, enable left and right button)

3. How do i change the slider to show full width text instead of adjusting the text to left/right only? (currently i can add text to 50% of the slider only)

4. For the “Excerpt” in posts/pages, how do i change every post/pages with different text instead of change excerpt for the whole site.

5. is it possible I add “class or ID” for the different text for excerpt so that i can control the CSS look for every different pages.
(do u mind to give me some code example for question 4 and 5?)

Hi, thanks for the swift reply. I deactivated all plugins, the notice remained. I actived a default theme and the notice dissapeared…. To be 100% sure, I installed a new empty site, with a new database. No notice with the default themes. Installed and activated the Ultimate Pro theme and there was the notice again…

Since you can only see the notice with debugging on, I’ve set the debugging off and everything looks okay. In the meanwhile, I think you might have a look at the theme to find out why that notice showed up with your theme.

Did you set the featured image? No it does not need any other additional file. Just once deactivate all the plugins and re check there page/ post id whether there is featured image or not. It would be great if you provide the Site Url too.

Hi rogan,

We are not facing any problem on image upload. We have not added any ajax code too. First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and upload the image whether same problem occurs or not.

And also increase the memory limit inside wp-config.php file and also .htaccess file. If still problem persuits then contact to your server to increase the memory limit. After that too still you are getting the issue then let us know.
