I am sorry, but not success.

I deactivate all plugins (I have only 2 installed) and I re upload images with different mames without space but In Safari I don’t see the icons for the products and the principal slider.

What more I can do ????

Hi again,

As expected, after a couple of days the problem came back (only 3 slides showed instead of 4 – see initial post).

I deactivated all the plugins, and the slider still shows only 3 slides even if the page “-> Appearance -> Theme Option -> Feature Post/Page Slider -> Slider Option” is properly set to 4 slides.

I don’t what to try to solve this. Any suggestions?

i just visited to your site and its working fine too. We have not encountered this problem so once you deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check if you get the same problem again.

In current version 4.2.3 our theme works fine. First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard. And make sure that you have not made any code customization and re install the fresh copy of interface theme. If same problem persuits then Email Us with your temporary username and password. This is not the theme related issue. The above Url you have provided is from phpThumb plugins. just deactivate the phpThumb plugins and check it whether the same problem persuits or not. There may be some conflict with this phpThumb and we cannot gurantee all the ThirdParty plugins that will support our theme.

Did you made any code customisation ? If not then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check it whether it will work or not. There may be some plugins conflict so that your slider may not work. Did you made any code customization. It seems that some google code is added inside the theme. So if you not have made code customization then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard. If still the same problem persuits then delete the free version of attitude theme and download it from wordpress.org/themes/attitude and reinstall it and activate it. If still same problem persuits then Email Us your temporary username and password and also don’t forget to send this forum Url too.

if you can see this below code then remove it from theme or any page/ post, widgets etc.

Could you provide your site url too? So that it will be more easy to solve your problem.

Which widget are you having a problem? First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard. There may be plugins conflict so that it may not be working. So you deactivate all plugins and try.

Hi Gregory,

first of all login to your account and download the zip theme(interface-pro) from your theme horse account page.
Then go to dashboard-> appearance-> themes-> add new
and upload that zip theme. Then you can see the theme in your dashboard-> appearance-> theme (interface pro) and then activate it.

Hi there,

My child theme has the following files/folders

footer.php
functions.php
style.css

i created the inc->structure folders and copied the content-extension.php file from the main theme folder in the same structure (inside structure folder of my child theme)

i made the above changes to the file in my child theme folder and the child theme is activated. The default post template is not changing, i’m seeing the same format

I have two problems:

#1. Upon installing the wordpress theme update Ultimate 1.0.7 all of the customization on my website is gone. You can visit my site at: fitbattle.com. Upon discovering the problem I worked with my website host to rollback my site using backups. Through a process of elimination I determined that the update to 1.0.7 is what caused the loss of the customization on my site. If you visit my site you can see all of the text and code.

#2. Revolution Slider was installed as part of a bundle with the Ultimate Theme. It is also broken. When activate it results in a white screen on my website. It is currently not activated. i’m also not able to edit the slider images. I have an older version of this plugin. Because it was purchases as part of a bundle I’m not able to update the plugin. I’m not sure why. 🙁

I’d like to fix the customization issue with the theme first. If not I can not resolve it, I’ll have to roll my site back and not install Ultimate updates. Once I’ve resolve the customization my next objective is to get the slider working again.

Help! I’m not a techy. 🙁 I paid someone to design my site. I’m attempting to fix these issues on my own. I know enough to be dangerous.
