If you have not customized the code then its ok you don’t need to upload the fresh copy of theme. Seo plugins doesnot affect the header logo. If you have installed other plugins then once deactivate it and check it. It you are getting problem then mail us your temporary username and password at Email. We will look over it

Sorry, this message doesn’t make sense. I cannot deactivate all the plugins, especially my SEO etc on a live site – why would this affect the header image anyway?
I have not customised any code.
What do you mean fresh copy of the theme? Are you saying I should go back to the free version and then reactivate the pro version.

Update Download and Instructions

After downloading clean retina pro theme from your login account then it must be in zip format. Then go to dashboard-> appearance-> themes-> add new -> upload theme.
Then choose your file (zip clean retina pro) from your dashboard and install it and activate it. Then you can see the clean retina pro file from your dashboard-> appearance-> themes (your clean retina pro file is installed there)

Now you can use more pro features.

I am using Attitude (Free) right now for my website, and I am happy about it.
I am wondering what will I get if I upgrade this to Pro ?
And how should I do that? If I activate Attitude Pro template on my wordpress, will it interrupt my existing website that is now on Attitude Free?

Ok, but don’t I need to have the Page Builder widget activated in order to insert the TH: Our Team widget? If I deactivate all plugins how can I create a page like the one you have on Our Team page (Ultimate-Pro demo)?

Hi Let’sTalk,

First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check whether your problem will be solved or not. If not then you need to re install the theme once again. We always recommended you to create a child theme before making any changes so that your customized code will not be lost. If you have not made any code customization then reinstalling the theme will not lose the content/ layout formatting.

I found the codes for breadcrumbs in header-extension.php file.
But I don’t perfectly understand it.
You mean this theme Interface-Pro already had this function and can be used in the position-linked menu without any installation Breadcrumb NavXT plug-in?
Or must be also installed NavXT plug-in besides ‘header-extension.php file function’?
If I don’t need to install NavXT plug-in, How can I control and get activate the function that’s in header-extension.php file?

Did you customize any code? if no then first of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and confirm that still there is the same problem or not. Once check it in our demo site too and if it is working fine in our demo site then it must work fine in your site too.

Sorry! To activate the widget in top social profile area and to remove the link for telephone number it need code customization because its new features to be add. You have to hire a developer for this.

But you can make social icon bigger to do that Go to Appearance -> Theme Options -> Design Options Tab -> Custom CSS paste the following CSS code and Click on save all changes button:

.social-profiles ul li a {
    font-size: 22px;
}
.social-profiles ul li {
    margin: 6px 0 0 10px;
}

Hi all,

I’m something of a WP newbie, so please bear with me.

Is there any way to make the social logos in the top right bigger and more prominent? I’m ideally looking to make these something of a focal point, but can’t seem to find any customisation options. Is it possible to activate widgets in this area, so I could use a social widget instead?

Also, is there a way to remove the contact telephone number as a link? I’d ideally like to just show it as a number, rather than a click through.

Any help is appreciated, great work on the theme!

I just upgraded to pro ( removed free uploaded clean install of pro )
I love the actual background drop down button which was there on the free image
Can only activate your template backgrounds or switch to not show, but cannot add a image background.
As well I cannot center the top header, but I think I need to save it in your actual dimension size and it will be..

Did you made any changes in code? If not then the responsive site must work fine. It would be great if you provide your site Url too. Once deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your site and check whether the same problem occurs or not.

So weird. I’m not sure how I got it to work again, but it’s back. I thought maybe it had something to do with the WP Retina 2x plug-in as it seemed to come back when I deactivated that. But then I put it back and no problem still (made sure to clear the cache). Hmmm. Well, at least now people can navigate my site as intended!

Did you customize any code? If no then simply deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard one by one and check still there is a problem or not, because there may be some conflict in javascript.
