    Attitude Pro

    Custom CSS works fine

Deleted plugin Revolution Slider which was a ?? tag along ?? to something else, perhaps your theme.

I don’t use the slider and probably never will.

However, when I deactivate it, it cancels the custom css.

1- I don’t mind leaving the slider, if I must but

2- Prefer not to have anything on the site that i don’t use.

    3- Is the slider yours?

4- How do I (can I) delete it and keep the custom css?

    Thank you,
    Bill

Go to Galleries->Add New in your dashboard.
Add Title which will be Image title.
Add featured image for this post.
    Click on Publish.
If you have multiple images(other images too) to be shown. Repeat the first four steps again.
After you are done with adding the posts in Galleries.
Create a Page, give it title.
On the right hand-side, click on template dropdown.
From the dropdow, select any of from three template ( Gallery four column template, Gallery three column template, Gallery two column template )

    hi raden,

Did you customize any code? If no then first deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in the dashboard. The margin may come from plugins. This unwanted div is available in your site.
<div id="undefined-sticky-wrapper" class="sticky-wrapper" style="height: 101px; margin-bottom: 101px;"> So deactivate all the plugins and test whether same problem exists or not.

    Thank you!

    Hi Birch Studio,

Once you remove the code that you have installed in theme and check whether the same problem persuits or not. If not then deactivate all the plugins one by one that you have installed in your dashboard. There may be some jquery conflict so that you are getting this issue. You may check it in our demo site that its working fine.

    function pixert_upload_types($existing_mimes=array()){
    $existing_mimes['jpg'] = 'images';

If you have not made any code customization then once deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard and check whether the same problem occurs or not.
If still the same problem occurs then we can only help you when your site is in server.

    Thank you!

It’s not clear in WP how to deactivate old version of theme and update current/new version 1.8.
Can you please explain exactly how?
We are using a Child theme that is connected to the Attitude Pro theme, and it is backed up.

I can see from your screenshot that it is presenting properly. As you can see from my screenshot – it is not. I know you already mentioned that there is ‘no’ large white space but in fact, as you can see from my screenshot….. there is. And there are missing icons in both the contact bar and the social media icons are missing in the header.

So, it is not all fine. All plugins were deactivated to test out the issue prior to sending you screenshots. All plugins have in fact been deactivated twice in order to test this. Awesome Screenshot is NOT available for the version of browser I am using therefore you are not running the same platform. So, let’s come to an understanding – you are presently unable to duplicate the problem but that does not mean that there is not a problem to solve.

The screenshots I am sending you are straight-forward CTRL-Printscreen to Photoshop to resize and save. The logo is not presented centered in the header; the icons are missing. Toshiba Satellite S50-B laptop (3 months old) with 15″ screen hooked to 19″ monitor running Win 8.1 and as mentioned viewing website using MSIE 11 (Ver. 11.096). If I run Chrome on same platform, the website presents correctly.

I would like to work together with you to solve this issue. I see the client tomorrow and if he’s running the same as I – then I either find a solution or I remove the theme and we go with another one.

Above screenshot as mentioned – logo is not centered in header; icons are missing in contact bar; social media icons and links are missing in header.

Let’s try again, shall we? 🙂

    thanks
