Did you customise any code in the theme? If not then deactivate all the plugins that you have installed in your dashboard. Then check it whether it works or not. If still you are facing the same problem then please send your temporary username and password at [email protected] and don’t forget to send this forum url and also your site link.

SebastianParticipantGuys, I’m not pissed off anymore, I’m not furious, either.
I’m calmed down and I could finally found out where the problem was.
I experienced two problems after updating:
1. The primary menu was deactivated.
2. Widgets were all set to inactive. It came back all to normal, now.
I honestly have no idea how this happened. When updated, I just deleted the old theme folder in the server and uploaded the new one.I apologize for my aggressive attitude, I hope you understand I spent a lot of time with this.
Best Regards.

Theme Horse Support TeamKeymasterHi Thomas,
We can not automatically notify/update the theme in WP because our pro themes are of subscription type and you have to manually activate it. About Revolution Slider Plugin we have also updated it manually in our demo site and we have not faced any sliders/settings lost. All our sliders and setting are working perfectly. To update the revolution slider first deactivate the plugin and delete it then upload the new latest version and activate it. That’s it you have to do for Revolution Slider plugin.
And for theme update first activate a different theme and delete the old version of the theme then upload the new version of the theme and activate it. If you have not customize the code then we are sure that you will not lost any data/setting lost but if you customize the code then your all customize code will be lost. So, first back up your previous version of the theme and then only activate the new one if you have customize the code.
Thank you!

KateParticipantBrilliant! So to recap, all I have to do is change temporarily to another theme, delete and reinstall Clean Retina Pro, then re-activate my child theme and everything will be OK?
January 16, 2015 at 4:46 pm #20636In reply to: Installing new version of Clean Retina
KateParticipantOK, I have backups and I now understand how to do all this. But can you help with the Child theme issue? I have customised my child theme with colours, menus, and a little bit of extra code to improve spacing etc and am currently using it, ie it is activated. If I delete the parent theme and install the new version, will the child theme still work or will I have to start from scratch and reconstruct everything again?

in forum Ultimate (Premium)KaiParticipanthi,
how can I activate the revolution slider plugin, as shown in your demo?
I csnnot find the plugin in the directory. How can I activate the license included in Ultimate Pro?January 9, 2015 at 6:59 am #20266In reply to: Preview theme
info39ParticipantAnd if I can’t see that from your screenshot, what can be wrong?
I see the text “you are previewing interface pro” and save and activate. I see noting more, no options at all.January 9, 2015 at 6:03 am #20260In reply to: Error Services widget
Theme Horse Support TeamKeymasterHi Jordi,
First of all deactivate all the plugins one by one and check whether your problem will be solved or not. There may be some plugins conflict and you may face such problems. You may also even check it in our demo site and also working fine there.Thank you!

leighdesignParticipantI have just installed Attitude Pro and I am unable to upload a customer logo. I tried to follow the instructions here but it is still not working. I was unable to deactivate the Revolution Slider.
I am also having problems getting a slider to work. Your instructions are not very good!

vachev.tParticipantI have deactivated all plugins that are not essential and not standart (meaning the ones I left activated are plugins that are used by thousands/millions of other WordPress Sites), the problem still persist. And I think that this is only with Google Chrome, it looks fine in Internet Explorer.
