    Once you activate contact form 7 plugin on your dashboard You will find ‘Contact’ menu in your WordPress admin panel. Click on it. You will be provided an shortcode with form. View image

    To display contact form on contact page. Go to your contact page and add the shortcode provided by contact form 7.

    Did you made any code customization in the theme? If there is no code customisation then first deactivate your plugins one by one and test it again if there is still an issue or not. There is nothing issue with the theme.

    Are you facing an issue with ambition pro themes only or with free ambition themes too.

    Hi hallo1,

    Ultimate free is completely compatible with ultimate pro. So you don’t need to worry about it. Purchase Ultimate Pro theme and download it from your account page on your pc.

    Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
    Go to Appearance->Themes.
    Click on Install Themes at the top.
    browse it and select ultimate pro zip file
    Then Click on Install and activate it.

    Hi john,
    Our theme is compatible with php7. Which version are you using? Currently the new version is 3.0.3. If you have not used the latest version then download it from account page. Simply deactivate interface pro theme and delete it. Install a new version of it.

    please make the backup of interface pro theme which you have currently installed on your dashboard before deleting it.

    Hi Hi Greg,

    We don’t have any contact form installed in our theme by default. We are just making a compatible with Contact Form 7 plugins only. You can also check which plugins are you using.
    Go to dashboard -> plugins -> installed plugins and check which plugin is activated there. Also provide your site url too that may help us too to find which contact form are you using.

    Hi Matthew Kruise,

    Go to account page and login with the username and password that you used while purchasing theme. Click on Download tab. and then you will be able to download Attitude pro theme.

    After the download is made go to dashboard -> appearance -> themes -> add new and install a new theme attitude pro just you have downloaded and activate it.

    Hi Michal Heller,

    Did you made code customization? If you have made code customization then your site will be messed up. If you have added css in your additional css section then activate free themes first. Copy all css that you have added in additional css section and again activate wp portfolio pro and paste all css that you have added in free version.

    Did you downloaded the WP Portfolio pro theme from your account page. A zip file will be provided for you.
    Log in to the WordPress Dashboard.
    Go to Appearance->Themes.
    Click on Add New at the top and click on Upload themes.
    Choose files that you have downloaded and click on Install Now button
    Activate it.
    Doing this your WP Portfolio Pro theme will be upgraded.

    Please undo the above answer. We have checked in our website using woderplugin slider and its working fine in mobile device. Are you sure that we are using the correct plugin or not? We have tested the video in this link and its working fine.

    Please deactivate all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard except this plugins and check it whether its working on your site or not. If you have added any javascript in text widgets then please remove all javascript. Sometimes javascript will conflict with the theme.

    Hello,

    On the woocommerce page, the backgroungimage isn’t visible.
    This is ok.
    But the backgroungimage is downloaded.
    The page has 1MB. The background image has 450kb.
    But i didn’t need it to download, because is isn’t visible.
    How can i deactivate the backgroundimage on the woocommerce page?
    (Best solution will be CSS Code in the Style.css)

    To activate the pro version its very easy.

    Log in to the WordPress dashboard.
    Go to Appearance > Themes.
    Click on Add New and then Upload button.
    Choose the Ultimate Pro theme that you have downloaded.
    then click on Install button and activate it.

    Hi Bigthumbs,

    Just activate any other theme first and delete the old version of the Attitude Pro theme and upload a new version of Attitude Pro that you have downloaded and activate it. We are working on automatic update process and will be implemented into all the premium themes soon.

    Your customize code will be removed if you have customize the main theme code. So, do not forget to backup old version if you have customize the main theme code.
