    @daekyu-kim To set the slider same like our demo site you have to purchase a single license of Revolution Slider.

    Marcus @info173 We have integrated four slider into to this theme. 1. Default Slider, 2.Post/Page Slider, 3. Image Slider, and 4. Revolution Slider

    To set the Featured Post/Page Slider follow the instruction below:

    • Select slider type to Post/Page Slider as shown in below screenshot.
    • Select Slider Status to Home Page or Enable on all Page.
    • Select ON/OFF to show the Slider Content display for small devices.
    • Select Transition Effect and Enter Transition Delay/Duration.
    • Select Left/Middle/Right Align for featured text position.
    • Enter the Number of Slides then click on Save & Publish button to activate the Post/Page slider options and go one step back to Ambition Pro Theme Options (Appearance > Customize > Ambition Pro Theme Options) and refresh the page and click on Post/Page Slider options and add Post/Page ID accordingly to all the slides that you have set and click on Save & Publish button

    Hi Michael,

    It seems that you may have customized the theme main style.css file directly rather than using custom css options. You can add your Custom CSS (styles) in Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and paste your custom css code.

    So that if you activate the pro version your customized code will not lost. We always recommended not to customize the code or if you customize the code then while updating to new version or upgrading to pro version all your customized code will be lost. So better create a child theme if code customization is required.

    Also the theme CSS validation code error that you have provide above is not actual an error since the validator system is validating with the same old system and need to update to a latest version of CSS.

    Thank you!

    Hi Markus,
    There is no any such scripts on Ambition pro. To make confirm you can even check on our demo site. Might be it is injected from some plugins. So once deactivate plugins one by one that you have installed on your dashboard. Also check on post editor or text widget section too.
    Thank you

    Sorry, I have been recovering from surgery for about a week now and was not able to re-engage on this topic.

    In response to this suggestion, I deactivated both plug ins that I was using. One is a calendar plug in, and one is a photo gallery plug in. I definitely need to use the calendar application; I can probably find an alternative photo gallery if that is causing the conflict. However, after deactivating both and reloading the home page, the slider is still not rotating among the images I have loaded. So the problem does not appear to be a plug in conflict.

    I did install one piece of CSS code that you gave me to try earlier to set the size of the slider image. That code is:
    .featured-slider .featured-image {
    padding: 10% 0;
    }
    I removed that and reloaded the home page, but the slider still does not rotate.

    Finally, you said that the theme code does not crop the images in the slider. That is not what I’m seeing on my site. I am adding some screen captures so you can see how the image is shown on my home page and also how that image is loaded into my media library. It’s definitely being cropped somewhere.

    Here is a link to the screen shots, which I have placed in a Dropbox folder for you: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8u85h4o46hyyt8g/AACezgcrgutbuhCS5GZ7Udgsa?dl=0

    Please let me know if you can figure out why my slider is cropping the images and why it is not rotating between the images. Thanks for your assistance.

    Hi Jeffrey,

    There is no any recommended size for the slider. Actually image are not cropped in the slider. We have designed the slider image display this way to 100% to cover your whole display screen.
    Set the large Image as you like to support for the large display or you can set a small size image too however set the same image size for all the slider.

    About not rotation of the slider did you customize any code of the theme? It seems that you have? If not there may be plugin conflict also so deactivate the plugin one by one and check.

    If you have any problem then let us know.

    Thank you!

    Hi charliechristie134,

    Did you made any code customization on theme? You can add upto 4 slider in free version. If there is no code customization on the theme then deactivate all the plugins one by one that you have installed on your dashboard. There might be some conflict with the plugins. It would be better if you provide your site link.

    Thank you

    How do I Remove Revolution Slider from the Blog page? I have it activated to “Home Page” but it shows up on the Blog page as well.

    Hi info225,
    Which theme are you using? Are you premium or free users? If you are premium users then provide your support questions on interface premium forum. If you have an issues then we need to look onto your dashboard. What you do is first deactivate all the plugins one by one and see if there is any plugin conflict with the theme or not.
    <p>Also please provide us the temporary username and password and also your site url via email so that we can see the exact issue into your site. </p>

    Thank you

    Thanks for getting back to me. I have deactivated all plugins except BuddyPress, bbPress and BuddyPress Global Search and I still have the problem.

    1. Screen shot showing search suggestions (correct)
    2. Screen shot showing all results (in plain ext)
    3. Screen shot of same using Twenty Sixteen theme showing all results correctly

    Any further suggestions, please?

    Hi Tony,

    We have just activated the BuddyPress Global Search plugin and bbPress and the search result is working fine where the results page template displays correctly.

    It will be better if you provide us the screenshot because we cannot see the exact issue in your site. You also may try deactivating other plugins one by one to be a sure it was not a plugin conflict issue.

    Thank you

    Hello, I am new to WordPress themes and in particular how to get images correctly sized etc. I have read a post in this forum for this theme with the exact same issue as I am having now. But it was a very old post so I decided to ask again. I hope you don’t mind. I have very large high res photos from a DSLR camera that when taken were zoomed already. I want to take some of these images and feature them as slider posts. According to your document featured images should be 1170 x 650 but then found (based on previous post) that because the slider is “100%” there is no actual size. However, it would be impractical to load these images at their full resolution as they would be way too big > 2MB. So I have resized and cropped as best I can to 1170 x 650 and found the image seems to get ZOOMED in again when displayed via the theme and whilst the image takes up the width of the page it seems to ZOOM outwards and thus cutoff the top and bottom. So I redid my cropping and sizing to 1900×830 and the same issue occurred. I then added your suggested CSS code snippet and de-activated all plugins. But was left with the same issue. This is the CSS code I added. I am sure that this is my lack of knowledge and experience. But if I can get this to appear correct then I am looking at purchasing the PRO version as the theme suits my needs and is really nice to work with (except for this issue). Thanks in advance.

    .featured-slider .featured-image {
    min-height: 260px;
    }

    Hi Taryl,

    You are using Attitude Pro not a free version. So you have to download the theme from your account by logging into our site.
    After downloading the theme you have to update it manually first activate the different theme and delete the old version of Attitude Pro and upload/install the latest version that you have download from our site.

    Thank you!

    I was wondering how I make it so that when someone hovers over the menu link it just drops the sub menus down and not able to click on the main menu link? For example, the Gallery and Pages links you have in the Interface Pro live demo.

    Hi geral1,
    Yes the page id is 290.There is no any problem if you work either on MAC or windows. Do you have site Url? So that we can help you. There might be some plugin conflict so it might be some issues too. So once deactivate all the plugins that you have installed on your dashboard too.

    Thank you
