Hi Support. I attempted to add the Zoom Integration plugin to my webpage and when I publish the page with the plugin, I get a Critical Error occurred on website message. In addition the plug-in converts the page to a mobile browser view instead of the standard desktop view (while viewing on a PC). I sent the error messages to the plug-in developer who said it’s a problem with the theme. I then tried the same plug-in on the other WP Team free themes like Twenty Eleven, Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen etc. and all the other themes worked with the plugin and did not convert the page to mobile view). So it is a problem with the Attitude Free Theme version 4.0.1.

Note that the Video Conferencing with Zoom plug-in by Deepen Bajracharya does work correctly out of the box with the Attitude Free 4.0.1 theme.

Is it possible to turn off the responsiveness mode for the theme (or even just for a single page within the theme?

Hi there,

As you can see there are lots of PHP Deprecated massage in some of the plugins. How could you say that its a theme issue. We also activate the Video Conferencing with Zoom plugins and could not found such error. It may be the plugin conflict with the theme so can you try deactivating all the plugins that have those issue in above messages. Meanwhile, we will also be checking the fatal error that was seen in the last message.

OK thanks. I will try disabling plugins.

NOTE: The error is NOT with the Video Conferencing with Zoom plugin by Deepen Bajracharya, it is the elearningevolve.com WordPress Zoom Plugin by Adeel Raza. Have you tried installing and enabling this plugin with Attitude Free 4.01?

The reason I think it is the theme is because I tried other themes and they all worked with the Zoom Integration plugin only the Attitude Theme failed. Also only the Attitude theme changed the view from desktop to mobile when the elearningevolve zoom integration plugin was used, all other themes kept the desktop view

NOTE: The Video Conferencing with Zoom Plugin by Deepen Bajracharya works as well on all themes.

We have downloaded the plugin and activate into our local environment and it needs zoom API Key and API Secret Key.
So could you please provide us the login credential to your exact site where you have activate this plugin so that we can investigate those problem.
Also the mobile view issue is from the same WP error page and this is nothing to do with the theme. Once we fix those error issue the view problem will be automatically solve.
