To add the social profile just Go to Appearance > Customize OR Theme Option > Social Links and add you social links.

Yes, but that adds it to the footer. I wanted to add them in the header. Is there an option for that?

When you set it there then it should display on both header and footer as in our demo https://www.themehorse.com/preview/attitude/

It seems that you have added below CSS code in your child theme please remove it. So that your header display with social profiles.

    display: none;
}
