Did you add any plugins? It might be from the javascript. First of all deactivate all the plugins that you have installed and check it.

I have deactivated all plugins that are not essential and not standart (meaning the ones I left activated are plugins that are used by thousands/millions of other WordPress Sites), the problem still persist. And I think that this is only with Google Chrome, it looks fine in Internet Explorer.
