My Open Graph information for the blog is correct, so Facebook and Twitter are picking up the blog images and text correctly. But other sites like Outlook.com, Pinterest, and some other social media are getting incorrect info when you link to my blog (http://www.freelanceknight.com). Specific posts grab the image and text correctly, but when you link to the root page it gives you the correct picture but instead of the meta data about the blog it is grabbing text from a post over a month old. Where is Interface caching data about the blog? Any way I can clear that cache and force it to update to current meta data?

You have to clear all the that you have used into your site. You have to clear it from your site if you have used some cache plugin, from the server, from CDN if you hav used and also from the browsers.
