the blog page is not showing up with a proper layout.
i have setup a blog page with a right sidebar as its layout and the template with default. i have also tried left sidebar as its layout and blog image large with its template but it still doesn’t show up.

Can you please clarify what the exact issue in the blog post. The blog post layout is working fine here. You can also view in our demo.

i have a page named blog. in the settings -> reading i have assigned a static page below as Front Page :- Home, Posts Page :- Blog.

For the blog page i have set the layout as right sidebar and the Default Template as the template. i have also tries left sidebar and Blog Image Large as the template.

Hi there

I also have a problem with my blog page. I use the business page as a homepage (static) en have my blogroll behind another page.
The slider shows up on the homepage (that’s nice) but also on the blogpage.

How can I stop the slider showing up on the blogpage??

I could not see the slider in your blog page. I think you have disable the slider. Could you send your temporary username and password on our email. We will have a look on it.

Hi ingesummer,
Go to dashboard->settings->reading
there you select static front page. and there you select front page as home
below it Posts page: don’t select anything here. use default (–select–)

I could not see the appearance inside your dashboard. I could not see any theme options there too. I think you have not installed our theme properly or you are not giving me the full access of your site.

Thank you Sunil, it works. The slider is not visible on the blog page.
But since I turned off this page as a post page, the page shows the whole posts, not only the summaries.

How can I fix this? Maybe change something in the code?

Don’t worry, the page was set on “full content” template. Fixed!
