You can see this is all fine, our search system in the theme is as per the theme review standards of wordpress.org. However, it looks like you are using some kind of plugin and we cannot gaurantee the full compatibility with the plugin that you use. There might be some edits that you need to make for this to work, for which you may need to hire a developer.
