Recently this feature is not available in our theme. Applying header image will be displayed in all page. To have this it needs code customisation and you need to hire a developer to fix it. Before making any changes in the code first of all you need to create a child theme so that while updating to new version your customized code will not be lost.
No there is no any options to display header image only on home page. Either you use it for all page or you don’t use it. You may have used slider image as header image. If you upload only one image in slider then it will be displayed below the menu. You have an options to display slider in home page/ front page only.
