We are not able to add our blog page as a top menu item on our website. The address is 24hourtranslation.com. Whenever we try to add this our menu seems to get add other items to the top menu that we didn’t select.

Actually, is there a limitation on the number of top level menu items that you can have on a page?

To create a blog page as a top menu, you can create a custom link and give a blog link to that custom menu. No there is no any limitation on the number of top level menus items. Could you provide a screenshot what’s the exact issues is?
