I started updating to Ultimate today. I have found that the email address in the contact bar does not do anything – though it does appear as a link.
When it is clicked on the code ‘mailto:[email protected]’ does appear in the lower left hand corner of Google Chrome.
I just visited to your site and your email address is working fine. Is there outlook express or windows live mail in your PC. If there is no any live mail or outlook express then it doesn’t seems to works.
No, no outlook or similar. I am totally Cloud based which poses a problem … can you fix this?
It’s only going to get worse as more people go totally cloud (I’m a cloud salesperson).
So, what will happen is if someone is totally cloud (or doesn’t have an email program installed) they cannot contact me.
That’s a major issue for me (and you) isn’t it.
We have designed our theme this way. We are sorry for this. We cannot implement any mail application. We just kept it as default. If you like to use in your own way then it needs code customization so you need to hire a developer to fix it.
